Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
This is the official Shadowrocket website and manual. This policy covers information processed when you visit pages on sr-guide.com, including browsing records, analytics, and browser storage. Data processing within the Shadowrocket app and Apple’s store services is outside the scope of this website policy; please consult the relevant service providers’ privacy information.
1. Scope and Information You Submit
This static website provides guidance on verifying the official app, using its features, and troubleshooting. It has no registration, sign-in, email subscription, or file upload forms. You can read the manual without submitting your name, email address, Apple Account details, payment information, or app configuration to this site.
This site does not provide node services or sell or recommend subscriptions or server routes. A one-time purchase of the app is not a subscription to a server route. Tutorials assume you already have your own subscription or server details. Do not enter subscription URLs, passwords, QR codes, or configurations containing credentials in this site’s page URLs, query parameters, or other locations that may be logged.
2. Access Logs and Analytics
When your browser requests a page, the service hosting this site may generate essential access logs. These may include your IP address, request time, requested path, response status, and device information provided by your browser. These technical records help deliver pages, detect unusual access, and troubleshoot issues; you do not need to provide any additional information.
This site uses analytics to understand page views, referral sources, device categories, and how visitors find content. This helps improve site structure, check links, and make pages easier to use on smaller screens. The download information page also records an event when you choose to click an App Store button, so we can check whether the store link is working. This event does not include purchase outcomes or payment details.
Analytics are used to maintain the site and should not be used to infer an individual visitor’s app configuration or network activity. Actual log and analytics retention depends on the service configuration; this policy does not claim an unverified fixed retention period.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
A static website does not necessarily mean your browser stores no data. Your browser may cache pages, fonts, and images. Whether analytics use cookies or other identifiers depends on the current analytics configuration and your browser settings. Page URLs may include a section position to restore your reading place or tab state; this does not mean the site creates a personal account.
You can use your browser settings to review, restrict, or clear this site’s cookies, site data, and cache, or enable the browser’s tracking protection. Clearing data may reset analytics identifiers or page state. Blocking analytics scripts generally does not affect reading the content or opening links within the site.
4. External App Store Links
The only place to get Shadowrocket is the App Store product page, operated by Apple. When you open the link, your browser sends a request to Apple. App Store browsing, account verification, purchases, payments, and refunds are subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policies.
This site does not collect Apple Account passwords, payment details, or proof of purchase, and cannot look up orders for you. Device compatibility, system requirements, and purchase availability are as shown on the App Store page. If the store listing differs from information on this site, check the latest details on the store page.
5. Information Protection and Your Choices
This website does not need to access server lists, connection logs, or Config files in Shadowrocket. When troubleshooting, check your information only on your own device. Before sharing a problem description, remove account details, subscription credentials, and any other information that could identify you or a service account.
For common questions, see FAQ or Getting Started. These pages provide guidance without asking for your email address. For App Store account or payment issues, use the relevant support channels provided by Apple.
6. Policy Updates
We will revise this page if our data processing practices, analytics configuration, or website features change, and update the “Last updated” month at the top. Revisions will be published at this URL. Any changes to the types of information collected or the purposes for collection will be clearly explained in this policy. Visit this page again to review the current practices.
